*All items are made to order.

* Orders must be placed 2-4 weeks advance of event.

*Expedited shipping is available, however processing time is still the same for completing orders. 

*If order is made less than 2 weeks of event there will be a $65.00 rush/late order fee invoiced that must be paid before order is shipped. 

*Once your order has been completed, and a shipping label has been created you will receive a shipping notification with your tracking number. 

*Shipping Policy: We currently use USPS Priority or UPS Ground for shipping. Normal delivery is 2-5 business days anywhere in the US after processing. Please note that we are not responsible for any shipping delays. However, if your package has not arrived within 10 business days from the confirmed date of shipment please email us at info@lifeflowcreative.com, and we will be happy to look into the shipment for you. 

*Return & Refund Policy: We currently do not accept any returns or issue refunds, all sales are final. If there is an issue with order please see our “F.A.Q’S for instructions on how to contact us. If there is an issue on our end we take full responsibility for that and will correct promptly.
