* Custom items ordered via website are typically completed within 7-9 business days. Please ensure that all spelling is correct and all pictures provided are clear and good quality.
*All custom orders (invoiced orders) are typically completed within 14-21 business days. Please be mindful that custom orders are worked in order paid not order received. To ensure quality and timely completion once mock-up is approved there will be no changes made. If a change is requested there will be a “Change Order Fee” that will apply.
*All custom t-shirt orders (invoiced orders) do have a set-up fee that is due prior to order being started. This fee does go towards ordering the items needed to complete the order. Set -up fee is based on quantity of items needed, special requested items etc.
*For all custom mask orders we provide the first 15 mask for the order, for an order over 15 mask there will be $1.50 per mask (over 15) added to invoice.
* All custom order (invoiced orders) are provided a completion date that is outlined in invoice if that date needs to be pushed up there will be a “Rush Order Fee” added and invoiced.
* Once custom order mock-up is approved there will be no refunds. If only set-up fee has been paid the remainder of the invoice will be cancelled.
*Blank t-shirts ordered for bulk orders are not returned, or shipped to customer, unless customer provided blank t-shirts to have completed.
* If order is cancelled before a mock-up is approved a 15% refund will be processed as either a refund back to charged credit card or a credit to be used at a later date. The refund will be calculated based on the amount that has been paid prior to cancellation request.
*Personalized custom items are not eligible for returns/ exchanges. However if there is an error on our part we will work promptly to correct the error free of charge.
