Returns/Exchanges
* We do not allow cancellations once order is placed. If after your purchase you have a change of heart we will be happy to issue a store credit for the full amount of your original order (item+ shipping cost)
*We will allow exchanges on items that are received that are damaged upon arrival. We will accept the return/exchange up to 7 days from date that item is delivered.Â
*Personalized custom items are not eligible for returns/ exchanges. However if there is an error on our part we will work promptly to correct the error free of charge.Â
*To begin the process for an exchange please email us at info@lifeflowcreative.com with the name from your order and order number. We will provide you with instructions on how to being the process for your exchange.Â
*Please note items must be in original condition (unworn), and not damaged or missing parts (outside of original inquiry for exchange).Â
*Once item has been received and we have had a chance to assess the damage you  will receive an email with next steps and expectations on your order.Â
