FAQ’S


1.What brand of t-shirts are used?

We use Gildan (adult cotton), Hanes (adult cotton), and Bella + Canvas (adult) all shirts/ hoodie/sweatshirts/ and long sleeve shirts  are unisex. For women’s shirts we typically use Bella + Canvas, or Ideal Tee (this brand does run a little smaller). Our availability of a certain brand, size, or color is based on our distributor, if what we typically use is not in stock we will substitute with a very similar product. 

2. What sizes are offered?

We offer toddler, youth, children’s, and adult (men and women) sizes. In adults our largest size available typically is 4X, however if a size larger is needed please request. 

3. What methods of printing are used?

We utilize a number of different printing methods, the method used per order will vary based on garment, quantity, and what would yield the best result once product is completed. 

4. Care Instructions for items ordered?

We provide specific care instructions in the packaging for each item that is ordered. If you require additional instructions or information please feel free to email us at info@lifeflowcreative.com. 

5. Returns & Exchanges

We will allow exchanges on items that are received that are damaged upon arrival. We will accept the return/exchange up to 7 days from date that item is delivered. 

Personalized custom items are not eligible for returns/ exchanges. However if there is an error on our part we will work promptly to correct the error free of charge. 

To begin the process for an exchange please email us at info@lifeflowcreative.com with the name from your order and order number. We will provide you with instructions on how to being the process for your exchange. 

Please note items must be in original condition (unworn), and not damaged or missing parts (outside of original inquiry for exchange). 

Once item has been received and we have had a chance to assess the damage you  will receive an email with next steps and expectations on your order.
